Hey everyone, I've been reading a lot about standing desks lately and am considering transitioning to a 9am standing desk routine. I’m really curious about how it might affect my productivity and health. Has anyone tried this? I mostly sit all day at work, and I know sitting for long hours is not great for my posture or energy. Any thoughts on how a standing desk at 9am could help?

I started the 9am standing desk routine about a year ago, and it made a huge difference! At first, it felt a bit weird, but after a few weeks, my body got used to it. I find that I feel less sluggish and more engaged during meetings. Plus, my back pain has decreased significantly. If you do go for it, just remember to move around and stretch throughout the day. It's important not to stay in one position for too long.
